This artist book combines twelve original poems with accompanying drawings, and photographs. The book is printed on Canson, Hahnemuhle, and Red River papers, and fabricated by hand by the artist. The assembled book is attached to a linen-covered hardcover and is signed and dated on the last page.

The poem, Spring, runs across four spreads. The final spread is an image of a lake in early Spring, with the words, "I accept its dominion." printed in white over the lake image.
On turning the third page of Spring (above), one encounters a French-doors configuration of pages printed faintly with branch-like imagery. On opening these doors, the lake image and the final words of the poem are revealed.
Because of its personal nature, text on the following pages has been redacted for display on this website. The layout and imagery of the pages have been retained.
